CREATIVE COACHING SESSIONS 


We are living in dynamic times, with more access to information and digital technology than our ancestors imagined possible. This can be a source of profound inspiration and connection, as well as be deeply disorienting and overwhelming. In the Age of Information, access to support in processing how you want to weave yourself into the World Wide Web of life can be incredibly liberating.

Coaching sessions allow us to co-create a unique container for you to be consistently witnessed and held while moving through growth and expansion. We will work together to illuminate the threads between your inner world and outer world, between the physical and the virtual.

I am here to support you softening into your process, into coming home to yourself. By opening space to dive deeper into your hopes, goals, dreams, and the blocks to actualizing them, we create momentum for more fully living in alignment with your values and your wholeness. We set you up to create life routines and rituals that put into action the downloads we receive, maintain a clear energy field, and step into a life of greater intention and clarity. 

Each Creative Coaching Session is customized specifically for you and the intentions we cast together. Because everyone’s paths are different, there is no concrete formula to what you may receive. Each session may involve any or all of my offered services, including but not limited to:

  • supportive integration techniques for reflection, witnessing, & processing

  • tools and accountability for setting digital boundaries

  • cosmic downloads (personalized astrology forecasts and analysis)

  • attunement time (a combination of energy work, guided visualization, and journeying)

  • divination (communicating with supporting guides, pulling oracle cards)

*I offer a couple of spots with sliding scale pricing for people who are low-income, prioritizing QTBIPOC and people of other systemically marginalized identities. If you’d like to access this scale, please talk to me about it in our consultation call!

While focusing on my clients’ personal healing, I am always aiming to hold our stories in tandem with larger social contexts. We all exist within webs of ancestral trauma and systemic oppression, and I am committed to an intersectional approach of considering the ways in which marginalized communities and identities are most impacted, as well as the ways that privilege and power sustain these dynamics.
